MSU Kampeter Health Science Hall

Phase I work includes partial interior and exterior renovations to create a new student Advisement Center in addition to multiple corridor and restroom finish upgrades, new private and
semi-private study spaces and updates to the Clinic Entry/ waiting area.

This work also includes strategic upgrades and repairs to the exterior envelope and landscaping as well as the mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and plumbing systems. The facility is made up of no less than six different additions with the most previous sizable remodel taking place in 1997. The new and current project renovation has worked to create a continuity of design language that consolidates the existing public areas and newly developed spaces into a common level of development that is reflective of the facility’s status as the anchor and
main premises for the University’s College of Health and Human Sciences. In addition, to architectural services, Hood-Rich provided complete interior design services for this project.
