Bambinos on Delmar Expansion + Renovation
This project was a comprehensive remodel and expansion that modernized the operations of the beloved Bambinos Cafe while preserving the historic charm of the 100-year-old corner market building.
The extensive transformation focused on structural improvements and operational efficiency, featuring a completely new, expanded, state-of-the-art kitchen for enhanced service flow. The design included modernized dining areas that retained the classic 'family' atmosphere, and the addition of new parking and a pocket park across the street. Completed in July 2025, the revitalized space successfully blends modern functionality with the nostalgic warmth required to ensure this iconic Italian eatery remains a Springfield staple.
