The Creek - Mixed Use Development

Hood-Rich, in collaboration with Walker Hospitality Group, designed The Creek, a new mixed-use development situated on a small 1.54-acre site between an existing hotel and restaurant.

Baptist Student Union

This mixed use development will replace the current home of the Baptist Student Union which has served the students at Missouri State University since the mid-1900’s.

Great Southern Bank – Express Banking

Hood-Rich was given the unique opportunity to develop a groundbreaking concept for Great Southern Bank. Their vision was to introduce a drive-through-only banking center known as 'Express Banking'.

SMC Electric

Hood-Rich was proud to partner with SMC on this project, which is located near downtown Springfield, Missouri.

The Courageous Church

This project consists of a new 650-seat worship center and children's classroom facility.

Great Southern Bank – Kimberling City

Hood-Rich had the exciting opportunity to create a unique and innovative small-format branch and prototype for Great Southern Bank.

MSU Kampeter Health Science Hall

Phase I work includes partial interior and exterior renovations to create a new student Advisement Center in addition to multiple corridor and restroom finish upgrades, new private and
semi-private study spaces and updates to the Clinic Entry/ waiting area.

Tower Grove Retail Center

A retail client of ours reached out to turn a previously constructed building slab into a new ground-up multi-tenant building with modern touches including structural glazed glass storefront systems and porcelain tile cladding.

Metro Credit Union

This interior renovation for Metro Credit Union set out to transform an aging space into a modern space aimed at showcasing the credit union's passion for technology.

Embassy Suites - Montgomery

In collaboration with the owners interior designer the entire public space of this hotel was renovated to meet the current brand standards.

Northside Christian Church

This project began with a master site plan to outline the phased growth of the church. Phase 1 started when the church relocated to this site in 2007.

Burrell Behavioral Health

Burrell Behavioral Health's existing building was previously home to a private institute of higher education for behavioral health sciences.

Hood-Rich worked with general contractor Stinson Building Co. on a brewery and tap house tenant infill for Hold Fast Brewing.

Glendalough Conference Center

State-of-the-art convention space located in North Springfield. The exterior displays a modern design complimenting the existing architecture of the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel.

Cassidy United Methodist

Hood-Rich provided master planning and design services to Cassidy United Methodist Church, a small county church in Fremont Hills, Missouri.

New Site Baptist

Hood-Rich worked with Branco Enterprises on a design/build project for New Site Baptist Church in rural Barry County.

The Summit Preparatory

Hood-Rich provided architectural renovation services for the Summit Preparatory School, as they transitioned from shared to leased facilities, then on to own a 40,000 square foot facility.

Delta Hotels By Marriott & Watters Creek Convention

Hood-Rich was commissioned to design this Marriott Hotel and Convention Center for Altera Development just thirty minutes from downtown Dallas.

Adolos Student Center

Courtyard Marriot - Allen

Hood-Rich in collaboration with John Q. Hammons designed this 228-room, 9 story hotel and 15,000 square foot conference center.

Parkview High School

Design services were provided to the existing building of Parkview High School for a complete renovation and addition to the school.

Embassy Suites - Norman

Located in University Park North, close to the University of Oklahoma, this 10-story atrium style hotel features 80,000 SF of meeting space along with 283 guest rooms.
