Education Projects

This mixed use development will replace the current home of the Baptist Student Union which has served the students at Missouri State University since the mid-1900’s.

Phase I work includes partial interior and exterior renovations to create a new student Advisement Center in addition to multiple corridor and restroom finish upgrades, new private and
semi-private study spaces and updates to the Clinic Entry/ waiting area.

Hood-Rich provided architectural renovation services for the Summit Preparatory School, as they transitioned from shared to leased facilities, then on to own a 40,000 square foot facility.

Hood-Rich provided design services for Adolos Student Ministries on the campus of Missouri State University to update the interior of their mid-century modern student center building.

Hood-Rich provided design services for an interior renovation of the existing Forsythe Athletic Center on the campus of Missouri State University, featuring the Dr. Mary Jo Wynn Academic Achievement Center.

Design services were provided to the existing building of Parkview High School for a complete renovation and addition to the school.
