Delta Hotels By Marriott & Watters Creek Convention

The design is reflective of the Texas urban landscape and the enegy of booming North Dallas, blending rustic design materials with curated art and the latest technology. The hotel features 90,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, a 1,000-car parking garage, 300 guest rooms and suites, a fitness center, an expanive patio and pool, and a culinary restaurant featuring chef Stephan Pyles. The total cost of this project was $62 million and was completed in the winter of 2018.
