Great Southern Bank – Express Banking
Hood-Rich was given the unique opportunity to develop a groundbreaking concept for Great Southern Bank. Their vision was to introduce a drive-through-only banking center known as 'Express Banking'.
This innovative project involved replacing a traditional banking center with a cutting-edge four-lane ITM-only site. Unlike a standard ATM, this interface features a display that allows customers to engage in real-time conversations with service representatives, facilitating traditional drive-through transactions with greater convenience. The new design aimed to create a sense of modern technology with sleek and sharp architectural elements that harmonized with the banking function and were reflected in the choice of construction materials.
