Highland Springs Country Club

Highland Springs Country Club partnered with Hood-Rich to design a space that extends the indoor clubhouse, Lounge Nineteen, to the outdoors.

The renovation included an upper patio expansion for additional seating, a circular ramp for disabled guests to access the lower patio, a renovated lower patio with new water features, linear fire burners, soft seating, shading umbrellas, and portable drink stations. The overall design complimented the prairie style architecture of the clubhouse while blending in with the surroundings of the beautiful golf course. The total cost of the project was $500,000 and was completed in 2017.
