The training room is equipped with technology enabling live streaming for virtual training, making SMC's education offerings more accessible online. An advanced demonstration area, adjacent to the training room, is equipped with cutting-edge technology, offering hands-on learning for both employees and industry partners. The exterior design reflects a modern aesthetic that honors the industrial backbone of SMC. In 2023, the company rebranded with colors and materials supporting a modern look while paying homage to its strong Springfield roots, indicating SMC’s investment in the industry’s advancement as well as its employees and partners.
